This project examines how general practitioners and cardiologists use the SCORE tool, which includes five risk factors, to predict 10-year cardiovascular risks. Results indicate SCORE improves GPs' risk predictions and reduces medication treatments and referrals to cardiologists, enhancing decision-making and patient outcomes.
